Residential design is as a collaboration between the architect and the client. The architect takes the client’s needs and aesthetic preferences utilizes his knowledge of space, light, materials and visual principles to design a home or living area that not only meets the client’s expectations but also meets all required building codes and neighborhood specifications.

Our projects range from small additions and remodeling to whole house remodeling and new construction.

We can provide 3-D design for both exterior and interior visualization on any project.

Once the basic structure has been designed, we can work with interior designers and kitchen designers to assist in choosing the right textures, colors and placement of furnishings to create a comfortable environment in which to relax, live, or work.

We can also refer quality contractors who are experienced in residential work for your project.
